OASIS

"Oasis" is the word for this week's artwork. Being on vacation has guided the choice of the words for the last 2 week’s artwork. I’ve able to wake up and create art when I’m inspired. It’s such a luxury. I feel like I’m in an oasis.  

VACATION

I'm a bit late posting the word for this week's artwork. I was busy wrapping up things at my day job so, I could go on vacation. As I was sitting at work I thought the perfect word for this week would be "vacation". What was your favorite vacation?

GLORY

I must admit there isn't any divine message behind this week's choice of word. On the way home from work the other day, I noticed a sign for Glory Cleaners. For some reason the name made me smile. It didn't seem like these two things go together. So, hopefully this artwork will make whoever finds it smile.

READ

"Read" is the word for this week. Besides making art, reading is my next favorite thing to do. Have you read any good books lately?

SING

This week's word is "Sing". It's dedicated to all the great singers of the world. A skill that I don't have but a skill that I enjoy in others.

EAT

Nothing too thought provoking in this week's word. I just love the colors in this artwork. These are colors that I normally don't put together. Besides leaving artwork for others, this project is helping me to expand my color palette.

REST

Sometimes I choose words for the week randomly and sometimes depending on what's going on in my life. I'm feeling tired today so, REST is the word for the week.
